Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the full enrolment journey from initial inquiry to application and registration.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to assess career goals, evaluate eligibility, and recommend suitable academic pathways.
• Maintain strict CRM discipline, ensuring fast response times, structured follow-ups, and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Support program previews, masterclasses, and open houses to build rapport with qualified leads.
• Translate complex AI course concepts into practical, career-boosting benefits for working professionals.
• Relay student feedback, common objections, and market trends to marketing and program management teams.
• Ensure all advisory activities align with official admissions criteria, tuition fees, and compliance standards.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in B2C consultative sales, course advising, or student recruitment.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Literacy in practical AI applications and modern career trends to effectively advise prospective students.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and achieve individual enrolment targets.
• High self-motivation, strong organization, and proficiency with CRM platforms.
