Key Role
Drive enrolment and business-development growth through consultative selling while supporting ’s emerging AI proposition. The role combines disciplined pipeline conversion with the ability to translate AI use cases into relevant learning or business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and convert assigned B2C and B2B opportunities from leads enquiry through consultation, application, enrolment or commercial close.
- Conduct needs-based consultations covering learner goals, eligibility, progression, programme fit, schedule and next-step recommendations.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline with disciplined sales report updates, follow-up cadence, forecasting and conversion reporting.
- Develop corporate opportunities for short courses, custom programmes and AI-related capability-building in collaboration with the Head of Department and other departments.
- Help identify client AI use cases, workflow pain points and training needs, translating them into clearly scoped education or pilot-solution opportunities.
- Support masterclasses, employer presentations, events and demonstrations that generate qualified demand and strengthen local market credibility.
- Feed prospect objections, competitor intelligence and demand signals back into marketing, product development and learner-success teams.
- Operate within approved pricing, admissions, funding, compliance and representation guidelines.
Key Measures of Success
- Enrolments, revenue and commercial conversion against agreed targets.
- Qualified opportunity-to-application / close rate.
- Pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.
- Corporate opportunities created and progressed.
- Quality of AI-related discovery and solution scoping support.
- Customer experience, responsiveness and handover quality.
Current Experience & Capabilities
- Proven consultative sales and business-development experience, preferably in education, training, technology or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Commercial curiosity and confidence discussing AI applications, productivity use cases and digital transformation at a practical level.
- Good CRM discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities with structured follow-up.
- Ability to explain complex offerings simply and recommend suitable pathways without over-selling.
- Comfort working across both individual learners and organizational buyers.
