Finance Manager, Up to $8,000 (East - Near MRT)

Salary: S$6,000 – S$8,000/month
Location: East, Singapore (Near MRT)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance matters in Singapore. The role will work closely with management and regional stakeholders and support finance system and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and management reports.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Oversee Singapore tax matters, including corporate income tax, GST and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.
• Use SAP for accounting operations, reporting and finance processes.
• Prepare and analyse financial data using Excel.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and SAP workflows.
• Work closely with regional / HQ finance teams and management.
• Support other finance-related projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant accounting / finance experience, preferably with Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore taxation and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
