Whether you are waiting for uni to start, looking for a meaningful holiday internship, or keen to build hands-on administrative and event experience—join us at The Singapore Scout Association (SSA) for a 2-month gig supporting youth programmes, national events, and central operations!

🌟 What You’ll Get to Do

• Events & Programme Logistics: Help coordinate venue setups, prepare event materials, and support execution at Scout campsites and external venues.

• Digital & Admin Ops: Handle basic data entry, document formatting, and correspondence using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Virtual Event Support: Assist with setting up Zoom meetings and webinars, alongside basic PDF and document preparation.

• Community Engagement: Interact with members, volunteers, and the public by responding to general enquiries via phone and email.
  

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• Student Profile: Current Polytechnic or University students (or recent grads) looking for a 2-month internship.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, or basic design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a bonus!

• Proactive & Reliable: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and ready to jump right in.

• Availability: Able to commit to a 2-month tenure with a Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule and occasional travel to offsite event venues/campsites (Sarimbun Scout Camp).
