Temp Admin Assistant (3 Months Renewable, Any 2 days a week, $12/hr) #HJY

Location: Novena
Duration: 3 months contract (Renewable subject to performance)
Salary: $12/hr

Working days and hours:
- Any 2 full days a week between Tuesday - Thursday
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of administrative tasks for the pre- and post-residency training programme, including scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
- Support nursing services by managing programme-related materials, such as participant registrations, feedback collection, and follow-up communications.
- Handle data entry and basic reporting using Microsoft Excel to track programme progress and participant details.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure all administrative needs are met efficiently during the residency programme.
- Assist in all other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
- No exp needed, training will be provided
