We are hiring and the details of this position are:
Job title: IT Technician (Shift role, Direct contract with variable incentives, Tuas Checkpoint)

This is a 2-year direct contract with client, highly renewable depending on individual's performance.

Working hours:

• 8am to 8pm, rotating day and night shift.
• 4-day work week.

Benefits:

• Monthly phone allowance and variable incentives available.
• Overtime pay is available depending on hours worked

Job Responsibilities:

• Identification, maintenance and replacement of electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repaired equipment.
• Tracking and recording the fault patterns and trends for monthly progress reporting to government agency.
• Provide guidance to general public on the use of on-site equipment such as Fee Collection Terminals.
