Job Responsibilities

· Provide safe and quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards.

· Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs and progress, and escalate abnormalities when required.

· Administer medications and assist with nursing procedures and treatments within scope of practice.

· Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility and personal care where required.

· Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Staff Nurse: Min. Diploma in Nursing.

· Enrolled Nurse: Min. NITEC in Nursing.

· Good communication, teamwork and patient-care skills.

· Able to perform shift work where required.
