Clinical Research Coordinator Full Time Contract (East, Up to $4k)

Key Responsibilities

• Support investigators in the administration and coordination of clinical research activities throughout the study lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Recruit and enroll suitable study subjects and monitor their condition throughout the study.
• Perform clinical procedures including vital signs monitoring, biological sample collection and processing, where required.
• Collect, manage and accurately enter research data.
• Work closely with the study team to ensure subject safety and compliance with study requirements.
• Conduct study procedures in accordance with SOPs, study protocols, instruction manuals, applicable regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Attend investigator meetings, including local and overseas meetings, as assigned.
• Participate in site initiation meetings and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout the study.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Nursing. Candidates with a Diploma may be considered for an Associate-level position.
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is required for State Registered Nurses.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating clinical research activities.
• Strong interest in clinical research and healthcare innovation.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
