Position Summary / Project Description
The Service Management team is responsibleto drive improvements in the quality of production systems via productionchange control and quality assurance.
We are looking for experienced personnel to manage,drive and deliver the change management process. He/She will work with staff in other divisions such as project managers, production support and securityspecialists in assessing change requests, to prevent adverse impact for changerequests deployed to production systems.
Role and Responsibilities1. Witha focus on Change Management, drive Change Advisory Board meetings and manageapproval of all change requests for deployment
2. Implementand maintain ITIL standard for change management
3. Collaboratewith multiple internal teams across disparate groups to assess change requestsfor risks and unintended consequences
4. Makerecommendations to reduce risk, increase chance of likely success, and minimizebusiness impact of change requests
5. Follow-upon action items from CAB
6. Sendchange downtime and completion broadcast communication to all stakeholders
7. Maintainand update change control portal
8. Improveprocess efficiency (e.g, streamlining) and effectiveness
9. Maintainprocesses, templates and SOP, website and information related to change control
10. Provideregular report on SLA measurement and/or performance of ITSM processes
11. Review/Prepareprogress reports for initiatives and present the reports when required
Requirements / Qualifications• Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS orrelated degree
• 8 – 10 years of related IT experience industrywith 3 to 5 years of experience with system operations management, includingchange, incidents and problem management.

• Practitioner who is familiar with ITIL process,IT Service Management methodologies or Service Delivery framework is required.
• Ability to establish and cultivate relationshipswith a variety of key stakeholders.
• Ability to work under a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment.
• Displays a strong sense of time management andaccountability.
• Well-developed communication, negotiation andprofessional writing skills.
• Good organization skills, with ability toproperly document and track information
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Willing to learn new things and take onchallenges/task proactively
• Experience in healthcare industry is anadvantage.
