HR Manager - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.

• Develop and implement manpower strategies to support timely recruitment, workforce planning and organisational growth based on business and operational needs.

• Partner with department managers and senior management to assess manpower requirements, workforce gaps and headcount budgets.

• Lead, mentor and manage the HR team, providing guidance and ensuring the effective delivery of HR operations and services.

• Review and enhance job grading structures, salary scales and HR practices to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.

• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements, audit standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while continuously improving HR processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Work closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders to address employee relations, workforce and other human capital matters.

• Drive HR initiatives and projects that support employee engagement, retention, organisational effectiveness and business objectives.

• Provide HR advice and recommendations to management on people-related matters and support other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in human capital management and operations.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
