Business Development Assistant / Manager – AI & Technology Solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI, software and technology solutions.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, technology companies, AI developers and business partners.
• Understand clients' business needs and introduce suitable AI and technology solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business.
• Keep up to date with developments in AI, software, cloud computing and AI Agents.
• Work closely with management and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events and industry activities.
• Support business development activities in Singapore and other APAC markets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or technology solutions is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in AI, software, IT infrastructure, cloud, data center or technical solutions will have an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to understand customer needs and communicate technology solutions clearly.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and APAC when required.
