Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Manage cleaning staff schedules, assign duties, monitor performance, and maintain workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
• Assign and manage duties for cleaning workers to optimize team performance
• Inspect cleaning quality and work performance to ensure standards are met
• Prepare and maintain staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Communicate effectively with clients to address feedback and improve service
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Support additional cleaning-related tasks as needed to maintain operational flow
