Part-Time Gym Ambassador ($15 / hour)

What’s in it for you
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming and respectful Gym environment for all members, and assisting with basic operational duties and enquiries. A key part of your role is to uphold gym etiquette, while ensuring every interaction remains professional and member-focused.


We are looking for someone who is

• Hospitality-focused
• Proactive, observant & tactful
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience working in a gym, fitness club or similar setting with CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus
  
  

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Maintain a visible presence on the Gym floor
• Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for members
• Attend to basic gym enquiries and provide assistance to members
• Reinforce existing Gym policies & etiquette, and address any irregularities or non-compliance in a polite, consistent and professional manner
• Observe and report potential safety concerns on the Gym floor
• Maintain general Gym presentation

Working Hours

• 7.30am to 11.30am / 4pm to 8pm
