Job Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or frontline roles will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Comfortable with product recommendations, upselling and achieving sales targets.
• Positive, proactive and responsible with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work according to retail operating hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling and excellent customer service while working towards sales targets.
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, cashiering and maintaining store standards.
