About the Team:
We are looking for AI-savvy associates with strong Python skills to build automation and AI-powered tools using ChatGPT, Gemini, and related LLM platforms. The focus is on transforming large-scale operational data into practical, actionable insights and scaling those insights into real operational actions.
Job Description:
Design, build and implement production-grade Python automation and AI workflows leveraging Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.)
Process and analyse large, complex operational datasets to surface actionable insights and drive decision-making
Develop and iterate on prototypes and MVPs, taking them from concept to scalable, reusable tools and frameworks
Architect prompt pipelines, AI agents, and decision-support systems integrated into operational workflows
Partner with operations and analytics teams to translate data insights into measurable execution improvements
Stay current with AI tools, automation platforms, and best practices relevant to e-commerce operations.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with strong academic credentials. Candidates who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree should be expected to graduate by Jul 2027, and all candidates must be able to join us by Aug 2027.
Candidates who meet the above requirements and are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree or above must be able to join us on a full-time basis by Aug 2027. A Master’s Degree or above is advantageous but not required.
Prior relevant hands-on experience designing, building or implementing solutions using relevant AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms, as part of regular day-to-day work during an internship or full-time position
Strong proficiency in Python (automation, scripting, data pipelines) and SQL
Demonstrated ability to gather user insights independently, including conducting conversations, mapping processes, and synthesising findings into clear recommendations
Solid problem-structuring, analytical thinking, and ability to independently scope and deliver projects
Demonstrates a keen interest in supply chain management
Familiarity with operations, logistics, supply chain, or other execution-heavy environments is a strong plus
