Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

• Take meeting notes and follow up on action items and outstanding matters.

• Coordinate with employees, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.

• Assist with business projects, company events, and ad-hoc initiatives.

• Conduct research and prepare summaries or recommendations when required.

• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally.

• Assist the Managing Director with general administrative and operational matters.

• Proactively monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Mature, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
