• Acquire new customers and contribute to daily sales targets
• Guide customers through product application process
• Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits
• Assist customers with basic enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding
• Maintain basic housekeeping
