Job Scope:

• Support the daily operations of the clinic.

• Assist with patient registration, appointments and enquiries.

• Handle basic administrative and documentation duties.

• Support doctors and healthcare staff with clinic operations.

• Assist with payment processing and other front-desk duties where required.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• min N/O/A level

• Prior relevant healthcare / clinic experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service oriented with a responsible work attitude.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Able to work well independently and with a team.
