About this job
Looking for a hands-on laboratory role in the Food & Flavour industry? Join a lab team supporting flavour sample preparation, compounding and quality checks.
Job Scope:
- Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas
- Perform basic quality checks on samples
- Prepare and submit samples for testing
- Manage raw material and sample inventory
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe lab environment
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related fields
- Relevant laboratory or Food & Flavour experience is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to follow formulas, SOPs and instructions
- Willing to perform hands-on laboratory work
- No dietary restrictions or food allergies
