Software Support Executive

Job Scope:

• General Web Application Support.
• In-house Applications Support
• Onsite maintenance of Intranet Server (staging and production Virtual Machine (VM).
• Phase 2 development of in-house Procurement System.
• Student Information Management System (SIMS)
• Staff Training Application Request (STAR) System
• Roles of Application Development -Maintain the administration portal, web hosting, and other online systems. - Develop new modules/ web services/ customisation and update existing modules as required by the School.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science and Applications or equivalent 5 Years Experience Similar role or on similar projects, with responsibilities aligning with the Scope of Work 3 Years Experience

• Web Programming

• Web application system design and development programming skill

• Object Oriented Programs (OOPS) and Web Services

• API integration and Single Sign-on (SSO) multiple applications

• Conduct end-user training on in-house applications

• Minimum 3 years of experience required in: • Windows OS • Linux OS • Server Hosting and Maintenance

• Minimum 3 years of experience required in: • PHP • Laravel • CodeIgniter • HTML5 • CSS • JavaScript • jQuery
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in the following technologies: • Python 3 • Django 5.2 or later • Angular 20 or later

The Software Support Executive is available to respond to service tickets, requests, and attend meetings during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
