Job Description:
Join the operations team behind one of Singapore’s fast-growing shared mobility platforms and gain hands-on experience managing real-world logistics, fleet movement, smart-city operations, and large-scale ground execution across the island.
This internship is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, fast-paced environments, and operational planning. You will work closely with experienced operations managers, drivers, and government stakeholders to keep Singapore’s bicycle-sharing network running efficiently every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-house Fleet Management: Assist in monitoring fleet distribution and guide driver tasks.
- Operational Administration: Support daily administrative tasks, including driver training, auditing driver tasks, and assisting with the arrangement of vehicle-related matters such as servicing and maintenance of vehicles.
- Logistics & Events: Provide operational support for import/export activities (manpower planning) and assist in the execution of bike clearance plans for major national events.
- Tech Improvement: Participate in conceptualising new functions for internal systems to improve operating efficiency.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student in Operations, Logistics management, or related fields is preferred.
- A highly motivated team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
- Can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience in G-Suite, Slack, and Notion will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in logistics, operations or event coordination is a plus.
