Accounts Executive

Job responsibilities:

· Maintain full sets of accounts

· Issue invoice, process payment and prepare journal entries.

· Prepare quarterly GST returns.

· Prepare month end closing and cash flow management.

· Prepare accurate financial and management reports.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years’ of accounting experience in construction industry
• Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Meticulous with eye for details and numbers
• Responsible, committed and work well in a team
• Strong IT literacy and experience using NAVISION and any other accounting software
