Sales Manager (Telco / Data Centre)

Sales Manager – Hunting 90% / Farming 10%

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition across Southeast Asia, focusing on telco, hyperscalers, cloud providers, data centres, and network/security infrastructure customers.

Responsibilities

• Open new logos and develop greenfield opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Position technical solutions across security, networking, wireless 5G/6G, and AI performance validation.
• Drive complex sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Work closely with solution architects, application engineers, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Min 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven hunter profile with new revenue success.
• Experience selling into telcos, hyperscalers, cloud providers, data centres, or colocation providers.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions such as test & measurement, validation, network visibility, security, networking, or wireless.
• Strong value-based selling and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Regional SEA exposure and willingness to travel.
