Job Responsibilities
· Assist the HR team in dailycompensation and benefits operations, including payroll-related datapreparation, bonus and incentive administration, leave records, and employeebenefits support.
· Support the collection,verification, and maintenance of employee compensation and benefits data toensure accuracy and completeness.
· Assist in preparingcompensation and benefits reports, data analysis, and presentations to supportHR management review and decision-making.
· Support the preparation ofcompensation benchmarking and salary survey data, including data collection,consolidation, and basic analysis.
· Assist in coordinating withinsurance companies, benefits providers, and other service providers on routineemployee benefits matters.
· Maintain accurate HR records,databases, and documentation related to compensation, benefits, payroll, andemployee welfare.
· Support the preparation ofreports and documentation related to employment regulations, HR compliance, andemployee benefits administration.
· Assist with HR systems andback-end data maintenance, including data entry, updating records, checkingdata accuracy, and supporting system-related administrative tasks.
· Coordinate with internal HR,Finance, and other relevant teams to support timely completion of compensationand benefits activities.
· Perform other HR-related dutiesand ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma orBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting,Finance, or a related discipline.
· Available for a full-timeinternship for at least 3–6 months.
· Interest in compensation andbenefits, payroll operations, HR data analysis, and HR administration.
· Basic understanding of HR,payroll, or employment-related concepts is an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel,with basic data processing and reporting skills.
· Strong attention to detail andaccuracy when handling data and documentation.
· Good analytical,organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internalteams and external service providers.
· Good command of English andChinese, both written and spoken, to communicate with internal stakeholders.
· Responsible, willing to learn,and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
