Position Summary

The Chief People Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's people strategy to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and long-term success. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the role drives workforce transformation, leadership development, talent management, corporate governance, and strategic business initiatives while fostering a high-performance and people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute people strategies aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and leadership matters.
  • Lead the development of workforce strategies that enhance capability, productivity, agility, and employee engagement.
  • Establish people practices that support sustainable growth and organizational excellence.

Organizational Development & Transformation

  • Drive organizational design, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead change management strategies associated with business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across people practices and organizational processes.
  • Create and implement programs that strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Executive Partnership & Corporate Governance

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Facilitate executive planning sessions, leadership retreats, and strategic workforce discussions.
  • Lead board-level people reporting, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness reviews.
  • Ensure governance and compliance frameworks are aligned with employment regulations and corporate standards.
  • Support executive leadership in driving corporate objectives and organizational priorities.

Business Operations & Administrative Leadership

  • Oversee the effectiveness of HR governance, employee administration, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Ensure organizational policies, procedures, and controls support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic oversight of workforce budgeting, resource planning, and people-related investments.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve organizational performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive business continuity and workforce risk management initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with executives, department leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the key liaison for workforce-related matters with regulatory agencies, business partners, and professional organizations.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Foster collaboration across business functions to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred\
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadershi
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record leading organizational transformation and workforce planning initiatives
  • Experience managing talent strategies, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Strong experience in organizational design, culture transformation, and business partnering.
