Construction Manager

*Responsibilities:*

- Oversee construction site operations, work progress, schedules and team coordination

- Manage quality control, WSH safety compliance and on-site workflow

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, clients and project stakeholders

- Assist in HR & personnel matters: work pass application/renewal, staff onboarding, leave records and employee coordination

- Support accounting & finance tasks: payment follow-up, invoice verification, expense tracking, cost recording and fund coordination

- Assist in project administration: documentation, progress reporting, budget monitoring and cross-team communication

- Liaise with government authorities, MOM, IRAS and related bodies on compliance matters

- Apply management knowledge to optimise site efficiency, team performance and administrative processes

*Requirements:*

- Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management (OTHM or equivalent)

- Minimum 8 years experience in construction, combining site management, HR coordination and basic accounting/administration

- Familiar with Singapore construction standards, WSH regulations and work pass procedures

- Practical experience in HR administration, payment processing, cost tracking and project coordination

- Strong communication skills for liaison with government bodies, clients and internal teams

- Fluent in English for professional documentation and official correspondence
