Construction & Project Management Manager

Job Title: Construction & Project Management Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end construction and interior renovation projects with full P&L accountability

- Design and implement project management frameworks, operational workflows and business processes

- Oversee multi-project planning, resource allocation, budgeting and cost control

- Liaise with government bodies including MOM, IRAS and ICA on regulatory compliance

- Manage company financial administration, payroll, HR systems and strategic planning

- Provide high-level management guidance to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- *Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management or Business Administration*

- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in construction project management and business operations

- Proven experience in senior management, strategic planning and government liaison

- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, WSH standards and employment laws

- Demonstrable track record in financial management, HR administration and business development

- Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills

- Degree-equivalent qualification at Level 7 is mandatory for this role
