We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager, Healthcare Transformation & Innovation to support the planning and delivery of transformation initiatives within a progressive healthcare environment. You will work across clinical, operational and corporate functions to identify improvement opportunities, introduce innovative solutions and support the development of smarter healthcare services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to the development of Smart Hospital strategies, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to understand existing workflows, identify pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct industry research, environmental scans and benchmarking to identify relevant healthcare innovation practices and emerging trends.
- Support transformation initiatives across Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology, focusing on patient experience, operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
- Identify and support the implementation of AI, automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)opportunities across relevant workflows.
- Evaluate potential technology and automation use cases based on feasibility, business impact and operational needs.
- Organise training programmes, workshops and engagement sessions to encourage adoption of digital and automation technologies.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of innovation, transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, monitoring project milestones, risks, resources, dependencies and outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases, management presentations, project reports and supporting documentation for key initiatives.
- Coordinate Smart Hospital showcases, innovation demonstrations, project showcases and stakeholder engagement visits.
- Develop communication and engagement materials to highlight project achievements, benefits and outcomes.
- Provide secretariat support for relevant committees, workgroups and project meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Support process redesign and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, service quality and operational effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Recognised University Degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, community care, social care, programme management, innovation, transformation or a related environment.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, service redesign or digital transformation will be advantageous.
- Exposure to healthcare technology, AI, automation or process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
- Strong project management, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, report writing and presentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong systems-thinking ability with the capability to translate strategic objectives into practical and sustainable solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
- Passionate about healthcare transformation, innovation, digitalisation, AI, automation and continuous improvement.
