Job Purpose

The role is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition from manpower requisition, candidate screening, hiring and onboarding. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment, compliance with HR policies, and a positive employee experience throughout the employment journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

· Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job requisition and job description finalisation to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with hiring managers.

· Manage job advertisements, maintain talent pipelines and recruitment trackers, conduct reference checks, and prepare competitive salary recommendations aligned with internal parity and market benchmarks.

· Draft and issue employment contracts, present offers, and ensure all hiring documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner.

2. Pre-Employment & Onboarding

· Administer end-to-end pre-employment processes, including employee profile creation, document verification, medical requirements, and work pass or professional license applications where applicable.

· Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, confirm reporting details, and coordinate with IT, Facilities, and Payroll to ensure operational readiness for new hires.

· Facilitate Day 1 onboarding, orientation and induction programmes, ensure issuance of onboarding items, and maintain complete and compliant employee personal files.

3. Process Improvement & Projects

  • Review and improve recruitment & employee life cycle work processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

  • Participate in HR-related projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline such as IHRP certification.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably covering the full employee lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment regulations, and HR administration processes.

  • Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems.

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
