Manager/Assistant Manager (Contract Management | Salary up to $5K | 1-year contract)

We’re looking for a Contract Management Manager / Assistant Manager to play a key role in managing contracts, procurement and project-commercial matters across major infrastructure, reclamation and building projects.

📍 Nearest MRT: Labrador Park (Central Region)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: Up to $5000 /monthly
📅 Duration: 1-year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and administration of project and contract management systems.
• Assist with procurement and contracting activities.
• Prepare tender documents and support the tender process from start to finish.
• Review and evaluate tender submissions, and prepare recommendation reports.
• Assist with contract matters such as variation orders, extensions of time, claims and final accounts.
• Support the team in handling contractual disputes when required.
• Provide contract-related support and advice to project teams throughout the different stages of a project, from pre-construction to completion.
• Work closely with teams across procurement, finance and project management to support smooth project delivery.

Key Requirements

• Qualifications in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, tender management or project-commercial work, with familiarity in value management and cost-data administration.
• Knowledge of public-sector standard conditions of contract and non-construction contract conditions is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team, particularly in a fully onsite government project environment.
