iSales Manager (Inside Sales Manager) – Animal Nutrition

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow direct customer accounts across assigned Asian markets, primarily through virtual sales engagement.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify commercial and technical sales opportunities.
• Drive new business development, particularly in Malaysia.
• Develop account plans and achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, sales forecasting, budgeting and demand planning.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer information in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer developments.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to support customer and business needs.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales, key account or business development experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, premix, feed or livestock industries.
• Good knowledge of the animal nutrition industry and Southeast Asian markets.
• Proven experience in account development, new business acquisition, pricing and sales target achievement.
• Experience with feed mills, integrators, distributors or key industry accounts preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with CRM, Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar commercial tools.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
• Willing to travel regionally when required.
