Permanent Dental Assistant at Novena, $2,000-$3,500 + AWS

Job Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials for daily procedures
• Assist with X-rays, sterilisation, nursing duties and medication dispensing as instructed
• Maintain high standards of infection control, cleanliness and clinic hygiene
• Prepare rooms and equipment for the next patient/session
• Maintain accurate clinic records and complete daily reports
• Work closely with dentists and the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow and daily operations
• Support a positive patient experience and assist with other clinic duties when required

• Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm
• Saturday: 9am–1pm

Salary

• $2,000–$3,500 + AWS

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in dental assisting, healthcare or a similar clinical environment
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, patient-first attitude
• Team player who is dependable, supportive and willing to pitch in when needed
• Certification in dental assisting, or equivalent relevant training such as a nursing certificate or healthcare aide qualification
• Good understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment
• Professional and well-presented, in accordance with clinic uniform policy and MOH infection control guidelines
• Willing to assist in other areas when required to support smooth clinic operations
