Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations, including delivery schedules and route planning
• Assign jobs to drivers and monitor their performance and punctuality
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods to customers and business partners
• Plan efficient routes to optimize fuel usage and reduce delivery time
• Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and servicing requirements
• Ensure all drivers comply with traffic rules, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, fuel usage, and vehicle logs
• Handle transport documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and permits
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics teams, and customers for smooth coordination
• Manage and resolve operational issues, delays, or delivery discrepancies
• Train and guide drivers on company procedures and safety practices
