Senior Lead - Partnerships & Communications

An established social services organisation with a strong presence in Singapore is embarking on an exciting phase of growth and transformation. We are looking for an accomplished Senior Lead (Partnerships and Fund-Raising, Publicity) to shape and drive its partnerships, brand and communications agenda.

About the Role:

• Lead the organisation’s fundraising strategy, growing a diversified portfolio of corporates, foundations, trusts and strategic partners.
• Develop and nurture high-value relationships to unlock new funding, partnership and growth opportunities.
• Shape compelling propositions, campaigns and communications that bring the organisation’s purpose and impact to life.
• Drive an integrated brand, marketing and communications strategy across the organisation and its related business operations.
• Strengthen external visibility through strategic communications, storytelling, media engagement and stakeholder relations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while partnering closely with senior leadership and key external stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline, with substantial relevant experience from social services & its related industries
• Proven track record across fundraising, brand management, integrated marketing communications and/or strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to balance organisational objectives, stakeholder expectations and financial sustainability
