Head, Sales & Marketing (Hospitality)

About the Role:

• Lead and execute the organisation’s overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue, market share and profitability.
• Develop new business opportunities, strengthen key accounts and expand market presence across corporate, leisure and other relevant segments.
• Drive integrated sales, marketing, digital, distribution and revenue optimisation initiatives to maximise commercial performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate industry and strategic partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of customer focus, innovation and accountabilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related discipline, with at least 10 yrs senior-level experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, commercial performance and market development within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution channels and digital marketing, with sound commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
