Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to optimize operational efficiency
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, suppliers, and potential customers to expand company reach
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and customers to secure favorable agreements
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, operating costs, and business targets to inform decision-making
• Lead and supervise employees by allocating responsibilities and evaluating performance to enhance team productivity
• Oversee inventory planning and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods to maintain supply chain continuity
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners to support business growth
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to guide strategic business decisions
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to support company planning and control
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore regulations, internal policies, and business procedures to mitigate risks
• Review operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Report business performance and strategic matters to company directors to facilitate informed governance
