Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Beautician to provide high-quality facial and body treatments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and wellness therapies. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service tailored to their individual needs, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional beauty services including facial treatments, body treatments, hair removal, and other spa services.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms are sanitized, well-maintained, and comply with strict health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and industry best practices.
• Assist with inventory management and daily salon operations as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized professional certification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., WSQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in a beauty salon or spa environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and treatment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
