- Leave and claims administration
- MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- CPF and statutory matters
- Employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Performance management
- Training and development
- Resignation and termination matters
- HR policies and procedures
- MOM / Ministry of Manpower compliance
- General HR support and other ad-hoc duties
