Locum Pharmacist – Office Hours | Nov 2026 – Apr 2027 (Maternity Cover)

• Salary: $30 to $35 per hour
• Nov 2026 – Apr 2027 (Maternity Cover, extendable)
• Benefits: 21 days Annual Leaves, AWS + Performance Bonus
• Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Alternate Sat. 8:30am to 1pm
• Work Locations: Farrer Park, Novena and Orchard
  You are required to rotate between clinics according to the duty roster.
  

Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and supply medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and established procedures.

• Review prescriptions and medication profiles to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.

• Provide medication counselling and education to patients, including dosage, usage, precautions and potential side effects.

• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

• Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues where appropriate.

• Assist with medication procurement, stock management and inventory control.

• Monitor medication expiry dates and stock availability.
