Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  Key Responsibilities

• Reception Duties: Manage phone calls, record logs, attend to walk-in visitors, and greet students or parents.
• Student Care: Provide basic assistance to unwell students resting in the sick bay.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and document students who arrive late or leave school early.
• Information Dissemination: Help distribute school circulars and parent messages.
• General Administration: Assist staff with data entry, filing, mail handling, and photocopying.
• Logistics Management: Track lost-and-found items and maintain stock records for spare uniforms.
• Facility Maintenance: Upkeep the neatness of the reception counter and sick bay area.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum GCE "N" Level certificate.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, customer service focus, patience, and a positive mindset.
• Bonus Assets: Prior experience in a school environment & basic first aid knowledge is highly advantageous.
