School Receptionist

🕒 Working Hours & Work-Life Balance

• Regular Shifts: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Includes a 30-minute lunch break)
• Late Shift: One fixed weekday per week, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Schedule rotates every 6 months)
• Weekends & Public Holidays: Off (Service is strictly not required)

📋 Core Responsibilities

• Reception & Visitor Management: Handle front-counter visitors warmly, answer/screen incoming phone calls, and manage incoming courier deliveries.
• Administrative Support: Data entry, manage tracking records for physical school keys and access cards, follow up with parents on payment arrears, and sort school mail.
• Student Welfare & Care: Attend to students who report sick at the counter, administer basic first aid, and process early dismissal forms.
• Inventory Control: Manage office stationery supplies and raise purchase requests when stocks run low.

🛠️ Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: GCE 'O' Level or Higher NITEC.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of general administrative working experience in a school setting (Prior counter reception experience in a Singapore secondary school is a strong advantage).
• Key Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Proficiency in a second language is an advantage), general computer literacy, and a customer-service-oriented disposition.
