Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client, a Global Payment Company, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting across Singapore, SEA, India, and Japan. You will strategically support hiring needs, manage senior stakeholders, and build scalable teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services to meet key hiring metrics across multiple markets
• Lead executive and mid-management recruitment efforts across APAC regions
• Establish and sustain strategic talent partnerships with hiring leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to align recruitment with business goals
• Analyze business trends, labor market data, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
• Communicate market and candidate insights through data storytelling to influence hiring decisions
• Build and nurture a network of candidates and referral sources across corporate and operations talent pools
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and assess talent efficiently
• Collaborate with APAC Talent Acquisition Leader to design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities
• Partner with peers to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices organization-wide
• Research, design, and execute tailored recruitment strategies for assigned requisitions
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging recruitment metrics, feedback, and best practices to optimize hiring processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 9 years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in FinTech/Payments
• Proven experience recruiting across APAC countries
• Demonstrated success in executive and mid-management recruitment
• Experience recruiting for diverse disciplines and levels, including Tech and Operations roles
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence leaders at all levels through consultative communication
• Strong sourcing, networking, and market research skills
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruitment strategies
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruitment technologies
