Finance & Admin Manager $6.8K - $9K + VB up to 2.5 months + AWS / Transport provided: Boon Lay MRT

Key Duties

• Manage the full set of accounts for the Singapore entity, including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and review monthly management reports, financial statements and variance analysis for management
• Consolidate group financial results across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to the Accountants based in Malaysia and Vietnam
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance across all three jurisdictions, including GST, Corporate Tax, ACRA and IRAS filings in Singapore, and equivalent local requirements in Malaysia and Vietnam
• Review and sign off on intercompany reconciliations and ensure balances are cleared on a timely basis
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
• Oversee AR, AP, credit control and treasury functions
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers
• Review and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and finance SOPs across the region
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management projects as required
• Support HR-related functions such as payroll processing, CPF submissions and HR administration

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory or Managerial capacity
• Hands-on experience with full sets of accounts and group consolidation
• Working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax and statutory requirements
• Regional exposure to Malaysia and/or Vietnam accounting and tax practices will be an advantage
• Proficient in accounting or ERP systems and strong in Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting HR functions such as payroll and HR administration will be highly beneficial
• Meticulous, hands-on and comfortable working independently in a lean team
• Good communication skills for working with cross-border teams remotely
