Account Manager - Enterprise Security (APAC) Basic $4.5K - $5K + VB / Commission + Transport + Mobile Allowances Provided (Paya Lebar / Bedok MRT)

Key Duties

• Generate and own new business pipeline
• Build and work a territory plan covering named accounts in financial services, government, healthcare and enterprises with BYOD, hybrid or third-party access needs
• Run discovery with CISOs, CIOs, security teams and business owners, and position the solution in business terms — compliance, productivity, cost
• Deliver presentations and demos, and run proof-of-concept and technical evaluations with pre-sales and product
• Prepare proposals, pricing and RFP/RFI responses, and lead commercial negotiation
• Co-sell with channel partners, system integrators and resellers
• Maintain accurate CRM data, submit reliable weekly and quarterly forecast
• Track competitors, regulatory developments and represent Organisation at industry events

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT or related field, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of B2B Enterprise sales experience in Software or IT Solutions, with a proven record of hitting KPI
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder cycles and selling to senior security and IT decision-makers
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Security Concepts — Zero Trust, DLP, Secure Access, Cloud/SaaS
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel regionally

Preferred

• Cybersecurity, Data Protection, IAM or Secure Access sales background; Secure Browser, Browser Isolation or VDI experience
• Existing network in Financial Services or Government in the region
