What You’ll Do
• Lead and motivate the facial team
• Oversee daily outlet operations & treatment standards
• Drive sales, packages & customer retention
• Train and coach therapists
• Handle customer enquiries & feedback
• Manage facial products, stock & equipment
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience in facial/beauty industry
✔️ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
✔️ Strong sales & customer service skills
✔️ Good communication and team management skills
✔️ Positive, responsible & proactive attitude
📍 Location: Singapore
💰 Salary: Basic + Commission / Incentives
📅 Working Schedule: 6-day work week
