We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused FOOT REFLEXOLOGIST to join our team. You will provide professional foot reflexology and body wellness treatments while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments.

• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Promote suitable treatments, packages, and products when appropriate.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment areas.

• Handle customer feedback professionally.

• Work closely with the team to achieve service and sales targets.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in foot reflexology, massage, or wellness services preferred.

• Good knowledge of foot reflexology techniques.

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

• Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

• Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and LTVP+ holders preferred.
