Communications Manager(FS) - 12 Months Contract - up to SGD 12k

Ready to drive the narrative for a leading global wealth management institution? We are looking for a high-performing Communications Manager to lead senior stakeholder engagement, strategic change initiatives, and external brand reputation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shape, manage, and execute comprehensive customer communication plans for major business transformations, ensuring clear governance and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders. Draft high-impact speeches, thought-leadership articles, executive notes, and social media content to drive media presence and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to create engaging, two-way employee communication programs. Produce compelling campaigns and success stories that align teams with strategic priorities and elevate local wins to global channels.
• Build strong media relationships, draft proactive press briefs, and craft compelling corporate narratives to showcase strategic milestones.
• Safeguard organizational reputation by developing and executing strategic crisis communication plans during high-pressure situations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of corporate communications, PR, or media relations experience (Financial Services / Private Banking experience preferred).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including executive storytelling, multi-media assets, and social media content.
• Strategic agility, crisis management expertise, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
