About this job
Job scope:
- Perform admission, discharge assessment, daily required treatments and administer medication
- Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT)
- Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing
- Provide immediate care during medical emergencies
- Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging activities that promote social participation and enhance overall well-being.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any medical incidents or emergencies that may arise.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Working hours : Weekdays
