Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily beauty salon operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Lead staff by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and maintaining salon standards in cleanliness, safety, and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily beauty salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence
• Assign duties and create work schedules for salon staff to optimize productivity
• Monitor staff performance and service quality to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with consultations and support beauty treatments to enhance client experience
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Train and guide beauticians and new staff to develop skills and uphold salon standards
• Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, products, and equipment to comply with safety and quality standards
• Manage stock levels and ensure sufficient beauty supplies are available for uninterrupted operations
• Ensure staff adhere to company procedures and safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support salon operations
