Responsibilities

• Advise clients on personalized skincare routines and suitable beauty products to enhance their experience and results
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Accurately maintain and update client records and treatment information for continuity of care
• Inspect, maintain, and store beauty equipment and products to ensure operational readiness and safety
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety, hygiene protocols, and company procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Support general salon operations by assisting management with assigned tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning
